Adalynn's Spring Recital and Kindergarten Graduation
May was full of fun times with family and friends. Adalynn participated in her second recital. Wynna joined us for the weekend, which we all enjoyed. Adalynn also completed BJU Press Kindergarten. It's hard to believe she's a first grader now!

Trip to Johns Creek
After the recital, we headed to Johns Creek for a visit. We visited with friends, celebrated Lily Faith's birthday early, and celebrated Mother's Day!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Lily Faith
We had a small celebration as a family on her actual birthday, May 23rd. We enjoyed eating at Little Brother's Bistro in downtown Americus once again! The Cherians came over that afternoon, which rounded out a special day for our sweet 3 year old!

It's officially summer break
Although Adalynn had technically finished her kindergarten year, Zeke still had a few weeks. We completed the school year at the end of May. I always love seeing how they have changed and matured!
Adalynn got glasses, which allowed her to soar in reading. She has become a "reading machine" like Zeke! Zeke took on a much larger workload this year as we switched curriculum and added several subjects. His favorite subjects were heritage studies, science, and math. He worked hard and completed the year with beautiful cursive handwriting. Adalynn enjoyed kindergarten and said her favorite subject was math. I was extremely grateful to have teachers on DVDs teach several of the subjects. It made my load much more manageable and was fun for the kids too.
