Happy 7th Birthday, Zeke!
As I look at the pictures that make up the collage above, it's hard to believe our little boy is 7 years old. I still remember that smiley, happy little guy like it was yesterday. I know it goes quickly, which causes me to try to cherish each stage.
Zeke continues to develop into a friendly, bright, joyful, passionate, creative young man. He loves to read and learn (although sitting at the desk for school is not his favorite thing!). He is passionate about sharing Jesus with people and praying for others. He loves to see the power of God manifest and can't wait to share what God is doing with anyone he can. I thought it would be fun to ask him a few questions about his favorite things, so here goes:

The Celebrations
For his birthday, we celebrated 3 separate times. Gregg was able to come to Classical Conversations with us before he went out of town. We brought little goodie bags for Zeke's classmates and asked them to sit with us at lunch. On his birthday, Thursday, the 19th, we visited with the Cherians at their house. That was a fun afternoon for all of us! Then, Saturday, my mom came to town and we took Zeke and several of his friends and their moms out for lunch at Zeke's favorite restaurant, Little Brother's Bistro. All in all, Zeke had a blast (of course!) and we enjoyed celebrating him!

Lily Faith ~ 8 Months Old
As I write this, she's halfway to 9 months. My how the time goes so quickly! She is sitting up, almost crawling on all fours, yet army crawling with amazing speed! She is eating her mush 3/day and loving it (still with 2 bottom teeth). She laughs out loud often at her sister and brother. She smiles for everyone and is such a joy! She has reached the 14 pound mark, which is wonderful. She is wearing 6 month clothing and sometimes I can get away with 6-9 month, but it's still big! Like Zeke, I cherish each stage with her and pray she will come to know Jesus as her Savior at an early age. We thank God for our Lily Faith, aka Sissy!

A Few Extras
We enjoyed having Gregg with us for CC twice in January! Now, we are getting ready for Valentine's Day next week and Adalynn's birthday on the 28th. What special times together as a family!
