Resurrection Sunday
We were thankful to spend Resurrection Sunday worshiping God at our church, although, Gregg had to work at President Carter's church. It was a beautiful Sunday to celebrate the fact that HE IS RISEN!!

April fun
April was busy, but full of fun times. We finished up our Classical Conversations homeschool group. The Lord actually confirmed that we will not do CC next year, which is bittersweet. We'll be using Bob Jones University Press at home. We will miss certain aspects of CC, but we are confident we are where God has led us to be for the 2018-2019 school year!
Each summer we extend a summer reading challenge to Zeke. This year, we decided that he would read the New Testament. If he did, he'd get to go to the Fun Park with some of his friends. Well, we were shocked when he read it in 3 days! The best part for me, though, is that he overheard me watching a Beth Moore teaching. She was talking about inhaling and exhaling God's Word. He told me that now that he's read it, he thinks he needs to inhale and exhale God's Word. We talked about going slower and really meditating on it. What a gift to receive this revelation so early in life!

On our way up to Johns Creek, we stopped at Zoo Atlanta with free passes from the library. Wynna met us and we had a blast! The weather could not have been more perfect.

Johns Creek visit
We stayed through the weekend and enjoyed lunch with the family. Then, Zeke and Adalynn had the opportunity to go see Mary Poppins while I helped my mom host a baby shower for an old friend, Molly. It was a quick, but great visit.
